How does the whole process work?

SPECIFICATION OF DETAILS AND FORMATION OF THE SHOOTING PLAN
At this stage, we discuss important issues, such as: the way to transfer the goods, the choice of studio and models, we agree on advance payment and deadlines, etc.
After that, we draw up a work plan and coordinate it with you. When all the important details are discussed and taken into account, we proceed to the execution of the order.

ADVANCE PREPAYMENT
Mandatory advance payment in the amount of 50% of the final amount of the order, as well as advance payment for props, studio rental and model work. Without this stage, the team will not start work.

RECEPTION OF GOODS FOR photo shooting
If you are in Kyiv, we can meet in person and hand over the goods for further work.
You can also send your product to us by post. Forwarding of the product to both parties is at the expense of the customer.
04
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND RETURN OF GOODS
The work is performed according to the approved plan. You can always ask about the status of the order and get feedback.
After the full payment for the order, we send you the finished images in the agreed way and return the goods.
Notes
Оплата готового замовлення відбувається до моменту повернення товару. У разі, якщо Ви хочете забрати товар раніше, ніж буде готове замовлення, решта 50% вартості замовлення оплачуються після отримання та затвердження Вами лише кількох готових зображень, а частина готової роботи, що залишилася, буде передана в обумовлений термін.
Авторське право на готові зображення належить людям, які безпосередньо брали участь в їх виробництві, Ви ж можете використовувати матеріал для передбачених замовленням цілей без будь-яких обмежень.
Ми також залишаємо за собою право використовувати готові зображення в нашому портфоліо. Винятком є договір про конфіденційність. Також ми можемо обговорити публікацію в портфоліо не всіх, а лише деяких зображень.
Payment for the finished order is made before the product is returned. If you want to pick up the goods before the finished order, the remaining 50% of the order value is paid after you receive and approve only a few finished images, and the remaining part of the finished work will be delivered within the stipulated time.
The copyright for finished images belongs to the people who directly participated in their production, but you can use the material for the purposes provided for in the order without any restrictions.
We also reserve the right to use ready-made images in our portfolio. The exception is the confidentiality agreement. Also, we can discuss publishing in the portfolio not all, but only some images.
